iOS7 sep.18.2013

On Sep.18.2013, apple ios7 was released.
iOS 7 introduces great new features like Control Center, AirDrop for iOS, and smarter multitasking. It also makes the things you do every day even easier, faster, and more enjoyable. And while many of the apps look different, the way you do things feels perfectly familiar. So from day one, you know how to use the world’s most advanced mobile OS. In its most advanced form.

I read the website, see the16 best things of the ios7, let me listed.

1. The Overall Look

As soon as iOS 7 launches on your device, you'll notice a huge change. So much is different, from the colors and font to how it feels as you swipe through pages and open apps. It's cleaner, sleeker and just about every nook and cranny in the whole house has been renovated.

2. The Control Center

iOS Control Center

It might be tricky to find at first, but Apple's new Control Center makes life so much easier. It essentially serves as a hub for everything you'd want to access quickly, from switching to Airplane mode to turning Wi-Fi on and off to adjusting the display brightness. It's also the new home for the calculator, the alarm clock and volume/playback controls for music. To access the Control Center, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to view. You can even access the Control Center when the lock screen is on.

3. Lock Screen

iOS 7 Lock Screen

Speaking of the lock screen, is it possible to love something so simple? Not only is it beautifully designed, you no longer accidentally hit "Emergency" anymore.

4. Gestures, Slide to Unlock

iOS 7 is significantly more gesture-focused than in the past. We're fans of the "swipe to unlock" feature, which no longer requires running a finger across a small bar to unlock the device. Meanwhile, swiping back and forth on the Safari browser feels like sifting through documents in a filing cabinet — and it's fun to swipe them off the page to close.

5. Animations

iOS 7 is rich with subtle animations, such as small bubble-like movements when scrolling through messages. These add a bit of charm when navigating throughout the platform.

6. Helvetica Neue

Font choice may seem like a minor detail, but it's a key thread in design. Fonts are polarizing — Comic Sans, anyone? Fortunately, Apple got it right with Helvetica Neue, which is a light and elegant choice that's easy on the eyes. The style looks a lot like Yahoo's new Weather app, too.

7. Wallpapers

iOS 7 Wallpaper
Apple is typically not too generous with its wallpaper options, but iOS 7 has a slew of new landscapes and backdrops to fit your preferences. Seven are specifically tailored for the iPhone 5C and one matches each of its casing color options.

8. Spotlight

Apple's internal search functionality (called Spotlight) can now be accessed from any screen, making it more convenient than ever before. The bad news: It's easy to forget its new spot. To access Spotlight, swipe your finger from the top of the screen downward.

9. Zooming Apps

Users have had mixed reactions to how apps open and close with iOS 7. Tapping an app or folder causes the content to appear by zooming out from the icon. It can be dizzying, but the movement adds dimension to the experience and feels like you're diving into each program. There's room for improvement, though, to smooth out any disorientation.

10. Photo Organization

There is so much to say about Apple's new Photo and Camera apps, but organization is the star of the show. Pictures and videos are now placed into groups and collections based on time and place, so it's far easier to search and re-discover your content. It's also beautifully displayed like a mosaic on screen.
Bonus: Photo Filters: Every camera app seems to have filters these days, but Apple's new platform lets you pick and see effects even before you take a picture.

11. Weather App

iOS 7 Weather

Apple's new Weather app is a major improvement over its predecessor, with a lighter background, more interactive functionality and hour-by-hour predictions presented in a scrolling row instead of a column. When it's raining, small water drops appear on screen and when it's cloudy, you can see puffs of clouds move across the top.

12. Pages Within Folders

You can squeeze an unlimited number of apps into any folder and slide to access them on multiple pages within folders, too. Goodbye, home screen clutter.

13. New Ringtones

Apple added a variety of new ringtones — and some are actually pretty good. Finally.

14. Lightning-Fast Email

It's remarkable how much faster email seems to run on iOS 7. Just try deleting an email and watch it fly to your trash.

15. Preview of Open Apps

By double-clicking the home button, you can view all applications, webpages and other programs recently opened. To close an app and save on battery life, swipe the image of the app off of the screen.

16. Calendar App

Calendar

The new Calendar app bids farewell to skeuomorphism — faux bookshelves or leather textures that accompany a digital experience. It's simple and extremely useful, allowing you to just scroll from month to month and narrow in on certain time periods. Now, we'd like to see the option of scrolling from week to week in the latest update
